Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to maintain and enhance our technological infrastructure, supporting the development of scalable and secure solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Evolve CI/CD practices We are looking for a **Senior DevOps Engineer** to support and evolve our technological infrastructure, enabling the development of scalable, resilient, and secure solutions. The professional will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to process automation, system performance improvement, and CI/CD practice evolution. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Understand project requirements—considering infrastructure and software development lifecycle—and propose solutions aligned with business strategies. * Develop and maintain provisioning, configuration, deployment, and monitoring tools for scalable environments. * Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines, adhering to secure coding best practices. * Plan and execute infrastructure capacity management, focusing on efficiency and cost control in AWS. * Implement and enhance environment monitoring and observability. * Design new architectures and analyze the performance of existing systems to optimize and improve performance. * Collaborate with Networking, Security, Database, Application, and Cloud teams, participating in incident management, change management, and root cause analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Experience with DevOps culture and practices. * Experience migrating on\-premises environments to public cloud. * Experience managing infrastructure for mission-critical applications in the cloud. * Hands-on experience with AWS (ELB, AWS Backup, EKS, Lambda, Route53, Secret Manager, RDS, and DynamoDB). * Experience as a Linux SysAdmin, including troubleshooting, optimization, and root cause analysis. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Proficiency in DevOps-oriented programming languages (Shell, Python, or Golang). * Experience with Kubernetes (EKS). * Experience building CI/CD pipelines and applying CI/CD best practices. * Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana) and APM concepts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Crossplane. * Experience developing Helm Charts. * Experience with Bitbucket Pipelines. **Additional Information** **Location:** Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, RJ *(100% on-site)* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance and Food Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Daycare Assistance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health and Dental Plans; * Semi-annual Profit Sharing (PLR); * Partnership Club: Exclusive discounts at gyms (Wellhub and Totalpass), pharmacies, restaurants, language courses, and more—so you can make the most of it! *Oliveira Trust believes in inclusion and promoting diversity in all its forms.
