Job Summary: The Mobile Frontend Developer will transform prototypes into fluid and performant mobile experiences, working on the front line of implementing new features and ensuring visual consistency. The technology team is responsible for conceiving, designing, developing, and evolving digital products for fuel station retail, such as the Premmia App, Bora App, and solutions for BR Mania. Job Mission: Transform high-fidelity prototypes into fluid and performant mobile experiences. As a Frontend Developer, you will be the guardian of the interface, ensuring every app interaction is intuitive and fast. You will work on the front line of implementing new features, collaborating directly with designers to elevate usability standards and ensure visual consistency across devices and operating systems. You will sustain and evolve application architecture, focusing on clean, reusable, and scalable code. You will implement complex API integration logic, optimize loading time, and ensure the application’s technical stability. We expect you to actively contribute to improving our development processes by reviewing code and proposing technical solutions that balance innovation and performance, accelerating value delivery to our users through agile development of new features. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Mobile Development: Create, maintain, and scale application interfaces using React Native with the Expo ecosystem, ensuring high-fidelity design implementation (Pixel Perfect). * Architecture and State Management: Efficiently manage global application state and caching using Zustand, Context API, and Tanstack Query. * Data Management and Offline Support: Implement high-performance local data persistence using MMKV and integrate with backend services via Firestore (Firebase). Routing and Navigation: Structure app navigation using Expo Router to ensure intuitive flows and functional deep links. * Build and Deployment: Manage the application lifecycle, configuring builds and over-the-air (OTA) updates via Expo Application Services (EAS). Native Integration: Handle configuration and integration of native modules and third-party libraries, ensuring compatibility across iOS and Android. * Quality and Performance: Write clean, modular, and testable code (TypeScript), focusing on rendering optimization and best practices in componentization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Proven experience developing mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript. * Technical Knowledge: Solid hands-on experience with the Expo framework, consuming APIs/services (REST or GraphQL), and handling complex data structures. **Competencies (Technical and Behavioral)** * Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6\+) and TypeScript. * Strong knowledge of the stack: React Native CLI, Expo, Tanstack Query (React Query), and Zustand. * Experience with Firestore (reading, writing, and basic security rules). * Knowledge of advanced styling (Styled Components, NativeWind, or optimized StyleSheets) and responsive design for various screen sizes. * Familiarity with MMKV for secure and fast local storage. * Understanding of the app store publishing process (App Store and Google Play). * Ability to debug issues (debugging) at the native layer (Android/iOS) when required. * Proactivity, strong communication skills, and ease working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Commitment to visual quality and usability (UX/UI). **Additional Information** **And more — check out our benefits package:** * Health and Dental Insurance – Bradesco – extendable to dependents * PAE \- Financial assistance for dependent children and/or stepchildren with intellectual disabilities * Pharmacy Benefit .
