OPERATIONAL ASSISTANT

Description

Perform operational services in designated areas—including landfills, yards, warehouses, workshops, cold rooms, storerooms, factories, and/or field locations—under supervision, including loading, disassembly and assembly, organizing, packaging, distribution, material handling, arrangement, lubrication, reception of healthcare waste, assistance in operating high-pressure autoclaves, monitoring biogas production, and other similar activities, all aimed at supporting the company’s operational work. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform, under supervision, support services for operational and manufacturing activities in yards, warehouses, workshops, storerooms, production facilities, and field locations—including organizing, unloading and loading equipment, disassembly and assembly, storage, distribution, material handling, cleaning, lubrication, and similar tasks related to materials and tools—as well as securing, counting, and/or storing items, to support the company’s operational execution; * Assist, under supervision, in professional mechanical, metalworking, painting, and operational tasks by retrieving tools and materials, providing operational support, performing disassembly, lubrication, and component cleaning, thereby contributing to departmental work; * Perform manual labor to prepare and restore work areas—including breaking, drilling, excavation, debris collection, and other tasks required at workstations; * Collect soil and water samples following established procedures or supervisory instructions, properly packaging\-them for laboratory analysis; * Clean operational facilities—including sweeping, collecting garbage, debris, scrap, and removing grease and oil—to ensure workplace order and maintenance; * Monitor systems according to internal procedures, record data, and report findings to supervisors; * Participate in EPAE teams (Emergency Response Teams), performing assigned operational tasks to support necessary emergency response efforts; * Remain vigilant regarding unsafe acts or conditions—whether within internal or third-party teams—and promptly report or take preventive actions per institutional instructions; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, as directed by supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completion of elementary school up to the 4th grade is desirable. * Specific courses or certifications relevant to the position. * Agility, focused attention, interest, excellent physical stamina, initiative, discipline, teamwork spirit, and strong interpersonal skills. * Prior experience of at least 6 months in related operational activities is desirable. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym membership assistance * Pharmacy assistance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
