Responsibilities: * Greet and receive guests courteously and professionally. * Perform guest check\-in and check\-out. * Provide information about hotel services and amenities. * Resolve guest problems and complaints quickly and efficiently. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. * Manage reservations. * Handle telephone calls, respond to e\-mails, and manage correspondence. * Receive payments, issue invoices, and manage financial transactions related to accommodation. Requirements: * Prior customer service experience. * Ability to empathize and handle diverse situations with patience and understanding. * Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently. * Familiarity with TOTVS system and reservation portals. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Intermediate English * Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure situations. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
