**SENIOR WAREHOUSE KEEPER** --------------------- ### **About the opportunity** We are seeking an organized, proactive, and leadership-capable SENIOR WAREHOUSE KEEPER to manage the company's warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in organizing, controlling, and handling equipment, inventory, and materials—ensuring accuracy, operational efficiency, and support for the company’s project and operational demands. **If you value organization, operational management, and dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you.** ### **Your impact here** * Operationalize warehouse routines, ensuring organization, control, and process agility. * Execute incoming, outgoing, picking, and verification movements of equipment and materials. * Ensure warehouse control and accuracy by conducting periodic monitoring and inventories. * Organize storage and identification of equipment to ensure easy item location and preservation. * Monitor operational demands and guarantee material availability for projects and operations. * Identify opportunities for improvement in warehouse processes and controls. * Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and standardization. ### **What we’re looking for** * Completed or ongoing higher education (or technical degree) in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in warehouse operations, storekeeping, or operational logistics. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous demands. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and warehouse/ERP control systems. * Proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills. * **Preferred:** Experience with LED equipment, audiovisual systems, events, or technical operations. **IMPORTANT:** Availability for on-site work in Vargem Pequena/RJ. ### **Key competencies** * Organization and control * Operational leadership * Agility and execution * Sense of responsibility * Problem solving * Teamwork Minimum Education Level: Technical Course * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * University tuition discount * Language course discount * iFood Benefits (medical assistance, pharmacy, and StarBem Health discounts) * Wellhub
