Job Summary:
A professional responsible for leading and organizing the store's daily operations, including team management, inventory control, cash register closing, and ensuring standards.

**Main Responsibilities:**
\- Cash register closing with verification of amounts and discrepancy control; \- Ensuring store organization, restocking, and standardization throughout the day; \- Planning and supervising the team's daily routine, including cleaning and restocking; \- Strict inventory control, with special attention to fast-moving items (e.g., cigarettes); \- Monitoring product expiration dates and loss prevention; \- Issuing, verifying, and organizing invoices; \- Supporting the development and adjustment of staff schedules according to demand; \- Overseeing inventories and controlling inventory movements; \- Direct team leadership: guiding, monitoring performance, and enforcing execution; \- Participating in external purchases, evaluating store needs; \- Providing frequent operational reports and improvement suggestions to the owner; \- Ensuring compliance with store processes, standards, and targets.
**Requirements:**
\- Completed high school education; \- Basic Excel skills (simple data control, entry, and organization); \- Experience in team leadership or supporting team management; \- Ability to solve problems and make operational decisions;
**Salary:** R$ 2\.300,00

**Work Schedule:** 6x1 rotation (Monday to Saturday), 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
