Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Draftsperson to prepare and update maps, plans, and descriptive memoranda for Urban Land Regularization. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of geoprocessing software Engineering **Position:** Technical Draftsperson (Land Regularization) **Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent **Job Description / Responsibilities:** We seek a Technical Draftsperson to prepare and update maps, plans, and descriptive memoranda for Urban Land Regularization (REURB) projects. The professional will support the technical team in surveying, engineering, and urban planning by producing cartographic and technical documents required for land regularization processes. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare general plans, subdivision plans, and individual lot plans in accordance with applicable technical and legal standards. Develop and review descriptive memoranda, sketches, and other graphic documents. Perform adjustments to urban and topographic projects in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D. Interpret data from topographic surveys, orthophotos, and georeferenced images (TIF, ECW, etc.). Ensure standardization and organization of technical files. Support the multidisciplinary team in REURB-S, REURB-E, and other land regularization projects. Assist in generating drawings and layouts for approval by municipal authorities and competent agencies. **Preferred Education and Experience:** Technical education in Construction, Surveying, Geoprocessing, or related fields; Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus); Basic knowledge of QGIS or other geoprocessing software; Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow technical standards and regulations; Prior experience in urban planning projects, subdivisions, or REURB-S will be considered a strong advantage. **Work Modality:** On-site **Neighborhood:** Barra da Tijuca **City:** Rio de Janeiro **Benefits:** – Transportation Allowance – Meal Voucher **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 18:00; Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Salary:** R$ 2.446,03 **Additional Information:** Proven experience in Urban Land Regularization (REURB-S) projects; Familiarity with laws, decrees, and guidelines of Federal Law No. 13.465/2017; Ability to compile and review cadastral and cartographic data; Strong communication and teamwork skills.
