You will have the opportunity to work integrally across various strategic areas of the company: **Data Department:** * Supporting the organization and updating of information in systems and spreadsheets; * Assisting with basic data analysis and performance indicators; * Helping create simple reports for tracking results; * Initial exposure to analytical tools (e.g., Excel and BI). **Finance Department:** * Supporting routine administrative finance tasks; * Assisting with payment controls and document verification; * Organizing financial information and records; * Learning about internal processes and financial workflows. **Registration Department:** * Registering providers and products in internal systems; * Using Solus and Tasy systems; * Verifying and validating registration data; * Ensuring data quality and organizational integrity. **Important:** **No prior experience is required.** ----------------------------------------------------- **Requirements and Qualifications** * No prior experience required; * Preferred: currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Interest in learning administrative routines and developing professional skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is considered a plus; * Strong communication skills, organization, and eagerness to learn are highly valued. **Additional Information** **Meal Allowance: BRL 42.00 per day (symbolic monthly deduction of BRL 1.00);** **Transportation Allowance;** **Birthday Day Off;** **Health Insurance – no payroll deduction;** **Dental Insurance – no payroll deduction;** **Total Pass – wellness and physical activity incentive;** **Discounts at educational institutions;** **Leve Mente Program – focused on emotional well-being;** **Working Hours: 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday.** We are **Leve Saúde**, the healthtech operator that launched in Rio de Janeiro in September 2020, dedicated to people aged 45 and older seeking quality healthcare at affordable prices.
