Join our team! \#SAFBotafogo \#ItIsDifferent **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to user inquiries and requests; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on software and hardware; * Administer Microsoft 365 solutions, including *Entra ID, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Exchange, and SharePoint*; * Administer the entire network infrastructure of the Nilton Santos Stadium, training centers (CTs), and stores; * Provide user support by performing maintenance, provisioning, and managing technology resources; * Monitor infrastructure to assist in identifying, investigating, and resolving potential failures; * Develop policies and procedures; * Automate repetitive and operational tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Computer Science, or related fields; * Availability to work at events, such as matches and concerts; **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience with Microsoft 365 platform products, such as *Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Exchange, and SharePoint*; * Microsoft certifications, such as: MD\-102, MS\-102, AZ\-104, AZ\-040, and SC\-900; * Experience managing cloud environments; * Experience in Infrastructure and Information Security projects. **Additional Information** **Operations Directorate** **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** 44 hours/week **Work Location:** Nilton Santos Stadium (Engenho de Dentro) Our story began in 1894 with the Club de Regatas Botafogo and evolved in 1904 with the founding of the Botafogo Football Club.
