Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and attentive Commis Waiter to support the waitstaff and dining room team, ensuring service quality and efficiency as well as maintaining a clean environment. The professional will be responsible for **providing direct support to the waitstaff and dining room team**, ensuring service quality and efficiency, while also maintaining a clean and organized environment—contributing to an enhanced customer experience. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Assist waitstaff during service by delivering dishes and beverages according to house standards; * Prepare and organize the dining room before opening and after closing shifts; * Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and restocking of utensils; * Monitor and replenish support supplies (glasses, cutlery, napkins, trays, etc.); * Track order progress with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery; * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations; * Foster positive inter-team relations among dining room, bar, and kitchen staff. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role or in customer service is preferred; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and teamwork ability; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Agility and willingness to thrive in the fast-paced bar and restaurant environment; * Flexible availability and eagerness to learn. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in high-volume establishments; * Basic knowledge of customer service and food handling; * Interest in professional growth within the service industry.
