A national HR solutions company focused on recruitment and selection across all levels and sectors, operating in several Brazilian states through partnerships. **Responsibilities:** Operate laser cutting and engraving machines according to technical specifications and company safety standards on materials such as metals, plastics, and others. Adjust and regulate machine parameters—including power, focus, pressure, and speed—to optimize cutting and engraving processes. Monitor part quality, conduct tests, and ensure the final product meets established standards. Keep machines clean and organized, perform basic preventive maintenance, and strictly follow safety procedures. Perform operational tasks such as activating controls, loading and unloading parts from the machine, and making additional configurations when necessary. Previous experience as a Laser Equipment Operator, Laser Cutting Technician, CNC Machine Operator, or Fabrication Machine Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
