Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills An industrial company operating in the oil and gas sector for over three decades is hiring a Procurement Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries; Manage XML files and submit them to the accounting department; Support finance and accounting by verifying invoices; Register suppliers and products; Classify suppliers; Assist in audits and inventory counts; Conduct quotations and price comparisons; Monitor minimum stock levels and replenishments. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus); Experience with procurement or administrative routines; Knowledge of ERP systems and Office suite (Excel); Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
