Job Summary: The professional will contribute to ensuring continuity of sales operations at POS terminals and RFID, providing on-site support for applications, systems, and hardware. If you share these values, this is your place! **What to Expect in Your Day-to-Day Work:** Support continuity of sales operations in stores at POS terminals and RFID operations, via on-site visits to provide support for applications, systems, and hardware responsible for these activities in stores; Enhance IT know-how in stores through software and hardware training and workshops; Deploy, assemble, and install all software and hardware devices, plus perform maintenance in case of incidents; Ensure execution of inventory audits in stores through monitoring and support; Filter application errors for analysts by monitoring and responding to tickets opened by stores; Apply checklists during on-site and remote store visits; Continuously identify improvement opportunities in IT-driven solutions through interaction with all hierarchical levels within the store structure; **What You Need to Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or technical certification (preferred); Knowledge of retail operations at POS terminals and RFID/Commercial Automation; Experience/Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server (2020\)\-Basic Level; Experience as a Level 2 Technical Support professional, providing on-site or remote assistance to end users. **Where You Will Work:** We value experiential exchange and prioritize relationships through an In-Office work model.
