Provide academic-pedagogical guidance and feedback to students **Job Description:** The Grupo Seres, in partnership with a national education company, is recruiting a professional for the role of INSTRUCTOR I. **Responsibilities:** 1\- Deliver in-person instruction as an instructor for the technical sewing course in Barra da Tijuca, afternoon and evening shifts, Monday through Friday. 2\- Plan lessons and execute them professionally. 3\- Plan and develop course materials in preparation for classes. 4\- Provide academic-pedagogical guidance to students. 5\- Provide feedback to students on completed activities, promoting continuous assessment. 6\- Participate in academic-administrative activities relevant to the course. 7\- Communicate clearly when working with low-income women referred to the course by the Municipal Government. **Working Hours:** **Schedule:** 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Work Week:** Monday through Friday **Work Model:** In-person **Work Location:** Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro\- Brazil We encourage applications from Black people, women, and LGBTQIAPN\+ individuals. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** **Qualifications:** Completed undergraduate degree. Minimum 1 year of experience. **Field of Study:** Fashion Design, Apparel Production Technology, Costume Design, or Technical Course in Apparel and/or Garment Construction. **Experience in:** Teaching at the higher education level. If the candidate does not hold a degree in the fields listed above, documented professional experience in sewing is required. **Knowledge of:** Flat pattern making, draping (moulage), and pattern making for elastic fabrics (piquet knit).
