Job Summary:
Coordinate the preparation of legal OHS documents, manage a technical team, and work on occupational hygiene and quality control.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**1 \- Technical Supervision of Documentation**
Coordinate the preparation of legal OHS documents, including:
PGR (Risk Management Program);
LTCAT (Technical Report on Working Environmental Conditions);
LIP/LTP (Reports on Unhealthy and Hazardous Working Conditions);
AET (Ergonomic Job Analysis);
Technically review documents prepared by the team to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with NRs (Normative Rules);
Validate occupational risk assessment methodologies.
**2\. Team Management**
Supervise and guide the technical team responsible for document preparation;
Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure productivity;
Conduct internal training and capacity-building sessions on occupational hygiene and relevant legislation;
Support the technical development of team members.
**3\. Occupational Hygiene**
Assess physical, chemical, and biological agents in workplaces;
Define monitoring and exposure control strategies;
Validate environmental measurement results (e.g., noise, heat, chemical agents);
Ensure application of methodologies per Fundacentro guidelines, NHO standards, and current legislation.
**4\. Quality Control and Compliance**
Ensure all documents meet legal requirements (NRs, INSS, eSocial, etc.);
Standardize document templates, workflows, and internal processes;
Drive continuous improvement of departmental processes;
Support internal and external audits.
**5\. Client and Internal Department Interface**
Serve as the technical focal point for clients regarding OHS documentation;
Clarify technical questions and support strategy definition for service delivery;
Collaborate with departments such as occupational medicine, legal, and operations.
**6\. Task and Deadline Management**
Monitor document volume and prioritize deliveries;
Ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual deadlines;
Track departmental performance indicators.
**7\. Legal and Technical Updates**
Stay updated on OHS and occupational hygiene legislation;
Disseminate legal updates to the team;
Implement necessary document adjustments.
Desired Technical Requirements:
Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Technician;
Advanced knowledge of Occupational Hygiene;
Experience preparing and reviewing PGR, LTCAT, LIP, and AET;
Knowledge of NRs, NHO/Fundacentro standards, and social security legislation;
Prior experience in team leadership or supervision.
Compensation: R$4\.200,00 per month
