ABOUT THE POSITION: Your typical day will include: * Providing end-to-end solution-oriented support via phone and e\-mail to MFAs, MFBs, and VIP LPs; * Strategically supporting the commercial area, focusing on agile, solution-oriented, and efficient handling of requests; * Escalating urgent requests while adhering to the company's business rules; * Assuming risks and making decisions based on internal procedures; * Identifying, reporting, and prioritizing critical cases to prevent dissatisfaction among commercial partners; * Identifying and reporting opportunities for continuous process improvement; * Establishing trust-based relationships with commercial partners; * Meeting deadlines, quality standards, and email handling targets. Requirements: * In-depth knowledge of life insurance; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Strong verbal communication skills (clarity, diction, active listening); * Patience and empathy; * Problem-solving ability; * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets; * Organizational skills and focus; * Quick thinking; * Professional and courteous demeanor We seek candidates with experience in: * Customer service; * Insurance industry.
