Description: * Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience with data analysis, metrics, and financial reporting; * Tools: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros), SQL, Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling); * Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Python or prior experience in Revenue Cycle areas (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Controllership); * Consolidate, process, and analyze financial and operational data related to the Revenue Cycle (billing, accounts receivable, claim denials, auditing, and unit performance); * Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and Power Query; * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose evidence-based action plans; * Support identification of variances and opportunities for improvement in financial processes; * Integrate information across internal systems (ERP, spreadsheets, BI, hospital systems), ensuring data consistency and timeliness; * Conduct comparative analyses by region, unit, and service type, generating strategic insights for leadership; * Participate in continuous improvement and process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy; * Collaborate consultatively with partner areas (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Controllership, Operations), translating data into business decisions. 2512100202181563856
