**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Conducting trend, consumer behavior, market, and consumption research aligned with the brand’s positioning.
* Researching and selecting raw materials, fabrics, trims, and inputs to ensure product quality, drape, and competitive differentiation.
* Developing comprehensive technical specifications, detailing garment patterns, fabrics, finishes, trims, measurements, and required specifications.
* Overseeing pilot garment development with suppliers to ensure adherence to the original design.
* Collaborating closely with pattern makers, participating in garment fittings, adjustments, and validation of patterns and finishes.
* Organizing and managing the receipt of pilot garments and samples, tracking schedules and deadlines.
* Researching and selecting optimal trims and technical solutions for garment construction.
* Organizing and maintaining accurate product information in the system (dimensions, composition, care instructions, usage, and technical specifications).
* Monitoring collection development timelines to ensure timely delivery and milestone achievement.
* Contributing creative and strategic insights to strengthen the brand’s market positioning.

**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Fashion, Fashion Design, or related fields;
* Prior experience in collection development, especially within the women's fashion segment;
* Proficiency in developing technical specifications and overseeing production processes;
* Proficiency in editing and drawing software such as CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar tools;
* Familiarity with management systems such as Millenium or Linx (preferred);
* Strategic vision of fashion, trends, and brand positioning;
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, refined aesthetic sense, and a creative profile.
