Ability to estimate project costs and draft proposal content. * Proven experience leading projects. Knowledge of, participation in, and monitoring of project and discipline scope/cost/schedule. * Proven experience in developing conceptual, basic, and detailed designs. * Ability to make responsible decisions—particularly those characterized as difficult, complex, or unusual. * Strategic involvement in project execution planning. * Proficiency in English. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and verify project-related documentation to ensure technical quality (Electrical Studies, Calculation Memos, Descriptive Memos, Infrastructure Sizing, Cable Sizing, Lighting Systems, Grounding and Lightning Protection Systems (SPDA), Voice and Data Systems, Asset Protection Alarm Systems, Fire Detection and Alarm Systems). * Support change management alongside the Project Manager and Client, ensuring delivery of agreed-upon scope. * Identify technical issues, define solutions and alternatives, assess pros/cons of each solution, and provide recommendations via official project documents such as technical queries, technical deviations, etc. * Create final documentation incorporating all relevant information. * Provide technical support to other departments/sectors within the company’s Electrical discipline; * Conduct and issue technical site visit reports to clients for field surveys and collection of technical data; * Perform field surveys and develop the project at the Client’s site, supporting construction activities based on the developed design. **General Knowledge:** * Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams; comfortable navigating intranet pages and performing searches. * Competent in Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Revit, PTW, ETAP, and Aveva suite (Aveva E3D, Aveva Engineering, Aveva Electrical, etc). * Proficient in specialized engineering or design tools, analysis, and modeling using BIM methodology.
