Performing inventory control and stock management A natural products store in Duque de Caxias is seeking a Production Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Portion large quantities of raw materials or finished products into smaller units. Ensure unit weight or volume complies with defined standards. Package portioned products using appropriate materials. Verify proper sealing of packages and confirm correct labeling, including expiration date and batch number. Inspect products during portioning to ensure no defects or flaws exist. Maintain workplace cleanliness and comply with food safety or industrial safety regulations. Organize finished products for distribution or shipment. Store portioned products appropriately, following stock control and inventory procedures.
