**Network Support** **Employment Type:** CLT \+ Benefits **Work Mode:** On-site \- Rio de Janeiro/RJ **Education:** Completed high school with technical certification in Electronics or Telecommunications. **Requirements:** * Experience in on-site network support activities. * Proficiency in syntax and application of key Microsoft Windows operating system commands for network diagnostics, such as: ipconfig, ping, tracert, nslookup, netstat, arp, route, netsh, telnet, pathping, Test\-NetConnection, getmac, net config, net use, net view, nbtstat, Get\-NetIPAddress, Get\-NetRoute, Get\-NetAdapter, Get\-NetTCPConnection, Resolve\-DnsName, netsh trace, tasklist, taskkill, driverquery, perfmon, resmon. * Knowledge of mobile and computer operating systems: Android, iOS, Linux, ChromeOS, and Windows 10 and 11, with ability to configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues in these environments. * Understanding of operation and configuration of Wi\-Fi connected devices, including: Smart TVs, virtual assistants (Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple Siri, Microsoft Cortana, Samsung Bixby), and media streaming devices (Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Roku, Apple TV), for performing wireless network testing and troubleshooting. * Familiarity with Wi\-Fi network analysis and diagnostic tools, such as: WiFi Analyzer, Ekahau HeatMapper, NetSpot, and Acrylic. * **Certification in Structured Cabling**, issued by recognized institutions (Furukawa, Fluke, or equivalent higher-standard certification). ### **Employment Regime:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Structured Cabling, Linux, Android, iOS, Windows 10 and 11, Wi\-Fi Networks ### **Department:** Information Technology
