Performing essential daily kitchen tasks Bar and restaurant seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Rio de Janeiro (South Zone). **Responsibilities:** Perform cleaning, cutting, and sanitation of vegetables, fruits, meats, fish, and crustaceans used in preparing and producing menu dishes and appetizers. Wash plates, serving dishes, and cutlery used by customers. Assist in buffet preparation. Prepare meals for employees. Perform tasks relevant to Kitchen Assistant routines. Position located in Rio de Janeiro / RJ. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some activities in this role. Incomplete high school education required.
