




* Provide on-site and remote support to retail stores, ensuring the operation of **PDVs and RFID/Commercial Automation systems**; * Perform deployment, assembly, installation, and maintenance of **hardware and software** devices; * Contribute to the execution and monitoring of **store inventory processes**; * Monitor and filter application errors, escalating tickets to specialized teams when necessary; * Apply **IT checklists** during on-site and remote support activities; * Conduct **software and hardware training sessions and workshops** for store teams; * Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in IT solutions, collaborating across all organizational levels. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in IT or a technical course (preferred); * Knowledge of **retail operations**, PDVs, and **RFID/Commercial Automation**; * Experience or knowledge of **Windows 10 and Windows Server (2020)** – basic level; * Experience as **Level 2 Technical Support**, providing on-site and remote support to end users. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of **Agile Methodology (Scrum)**; * ITIL, Azure, and practices related to **incident, problem, and change management**.
