Consultative and guiding role at all stages We are looking for a Consultative Implementation Specialist who can work strategically and closely with clients. We seek someone capable of effectively guiding clients, understanding their specific needs and circumstances, ensuring complete implementation, and accompanying the client throughout their entire lifecycle within the company. **Responsibilities** * Analyze reports and key performance indicators to support decision-making. * Perform chart analysis and organize data for the client. * Complete network setup for client use. * Conduct training sessions for clients and end users. * Lead implementation and follow-up processes, ensuring an optimal customer experience. * Monitor transactions, card deliveries, and other activities impacting implementation and client operational efficiency. * Act in a consultative, close, and guiding manner, ensuring correct usage of solutions by the client and providing support at every stage. **Education** * Bachelor's degree completed **Experience** * Experience in Fleet Management **Computer Skills** * Intermediate Microsoft Office suite * Proficiency in Excel: basic formulas, report analysis, and chart creation
