Curiosity Challenging the status quo and offering new perspectives; Investing time in your own self-development; Rewarding a mindset of continuous learning; Embracing diversity and individuality. **What We Expect From You:** * Define software architecture, technology stacks, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability). * Adopt a long-term vision, avoiding technical debt accumulation and ensuring solution sustainability. * Conduct technical feasibility analysis for product requirements prior to development. * Establish and enforce development standards (Clean Code, SOLID, engineering best practices). * Define and oversee version control workflows (Git) and automated testing strategies. * Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, security, and architectural compliance. * Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and failure points, proposing mitigation plans. * Provide technical support to the team, serving as a reference and facilitator in resolving complex problems. * Collaborate with product and business teams to continuously evolve solutions. **Requirements:** * Solid experience as a FullStack Developer with focus on Node.js and React. * Prior experience as a Tech Lead or in a technical leadership role. * Strong knowledge of software architecture and engineering best practices. * Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and integrations. * Experience with version control (Git) and code review. * Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, etc.). * Critical analytical ability for making sound technical decisions. * Advanced Spanish for international work environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with scalable cloud architectures. * Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices. * Experience with application observability, performance, and security. * Experience in agile environments and distributed teams. * All our positions are open to People with Disabilities.
