WORKSHOP ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Mission Assist in administrative activities, such as data entry into systems, equipment registration, invoice typing, monitoring inspection and maintenance checklists, creation of RCs, and generation of reports. What you will do • Assist with administration after fleet acquisition and release for use by registering vehicles and related assets in fleet management systems (SAP and SISMA); • Assist in vehicle, machinery, and implement maintenance control by monitoring the execution of scheduled routines according to the maintenance model, as well as generating planned vs. actual indicators to support managers in decision-making; • Assist in preparing vehicles, machines, and implements for sale by managing deactivation checklists and asset system removal; • Assist farms in complying with maintenance procedures/standards by generating performance indicator reports (planned vs. actual); • Assist in developing materials to guide maintenance activities on farms, such as “Maintenance Standards and Procedures”; • Assist in maintenance orders with closure (settlements) of the process to verify errors and make necessary adjustments; • Monitor mileage, working hours, and maintenance history of vehicles, machines, and equipment for replacement purposes; • Monitor the corporate fleet fueling system and support users when necessary (adjusting available balance, releasing KM in the system); • Provide internal and external customer service; • Request and monitor hotel reservations for employees from the corporate maintenance structure when overnight stays are required; • Prepare reports containing the quantification of Heavy Machinery, machine hours performed per week, and services executed per farm; • Organize and archive documents; • Purchase stationery and kitchen supplies; • Control, send, and type invoices; • Create Autoflip requests and Purchase Requisitions in the system;**Profile we are looking for:** * Prioritization and organizational skills; * Teamwork and interpersonal relationships; * Proactivity; * Active communication Basic knowledge of administrative routines / Maintenance**Requirements*** High school diploma completed; * Currently pursuing higher education is a differentiator; * Proficiency in Office 365 suite; * Reside in the region of União de Minas/MG, Iturama, or Limeira do Oeste * Internal and external recruitment. **Apply now—we’d love to meet you!** Citrosuco fosters an inclusive environment and promotes diversity.
