WORKSHOP ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Mission Assist in administrative activities, such as data entry into systems, equipment registration, invoice typing, monitoring inspection and maintenance checklists, creation of RCs, and generation of reports. Mission Responsible for carrying out the routines established in the maintenance model on the farm under their responsibility, monitoring indicators and the maintenance team, ensuring predefined goals are met. Job Responsibilities Manage the local maintenance team (focus on management), guiding and monitoring performance to ensure efficiency, machine availability, cost control, workplace safety, as well as maintaining a positive organizational climate, ensuring a high-performance team. Analyze and monitor reports and indicators from PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control), interpreting them and cascading information to subordinates, as well as monitoring and generating improvement actions to achieve predefined goals.
