With strategic vision, we identify new opportunities and drive business growth across all our companies:* ***Potencial Combustíveis, Potencial Biodiesel, Jeta Combustível, BWT Transporte*** *and* ***BWI Trading****.* **Our Purpose:** Lead sustainable evolution **Our Guiding Principle:** Be a benchmark in sustainable energy transition **Our Core Values:** Faith \| People \| Integrity \| Credibility \| Sustainability **Our Strategic Drivers:** * Sustainable Governance * Protagonist Culture * Evolutionary Management WE ARE GIANTS! *We are hiring.* *Review the job details below and join Grupo Potencial:* ***UTILITIES SUPERVISOR*** ***Location:*** *Lapa/PR* ***What You Will Do:*** * Participate in developing continuous improvement projects for processes in collaboration with the engineering department, providing information on industrial equipment performance and their potential capacity increases, ensuring resource optimization and maximizing workplace safety; * Monitor steam and electricity generation processes, focusing on installed equipment performance, ensuring safe and reliable operation, and maintaining equipment to achieve availability, production, and electricity export targets and goals; * Monitor boiler combustion efficiency, evaluating specific fuel consumption and performing operational adjustments and control to achieve maximum equipment performance and minimum production cost; * Control inputs—particularly chemical usage in areas of responsibility (Water Treatment Plant, Boilers, and Cooling Towers), fluidized bed sand, and equipment maintenance materials—interacting with the procurement department and reporting expenditures to management for budget target control; * Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement the lubrication plan developed by the maintenance engineering team, as well as predictive and preventive maintenance activities, aiming to eliminate corrective maintenance; * Monitor team attendance, technical performance, and behavioral performance, leveraging HR tools to identify gaps, conduct training, issue warnings, manage hiring and terminations, ensuring effective support for technical, administrative, and operational demand flow within the area; **Requirements** -------------- ***What You Need:*** * *Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields* * *Experience in cogeneration plants and boiler operations;* * Experience with routine operations in Utilities and Energy Cogeneration systems; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in related fields; * Experience working in a Biodiesel Plant. *If you identify with this opportunity, apply by 05/15/2026* *With commitment, innovation, and intelligence, we see our country’s potential transforming into POWER.
