Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Sales and customer service experience preferred; * Familiarity with sales targets and performance metrics is a plus; * Experience with telecommunications systems is a plus; * Knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems is a plus. * Provide in-person or online customer service using the company’s official tools, adopting a consultative approach to identify customer needs and offer a unique value proposition; * Conduct product and service demonstrations, clarifying questions regarding their specifications to enhance customers’ confidence in making purchasing decisions; * Sell products (mobile phones and accessories) and services (plans and digital services), aligned with customer needs and in accordance with company procedures and guidelines; * Support customers in resolving issues related to Vivo’s services; * Promote product and service offers and actively attract new customers; * Establish and nurture customer relationships, embodying a personal brand aligned with Vivo’s DNA to sustain these connections; * Assist in organizing customer flow and managing waiting lines in the store when necessary; * Arrange products in the display window and maintain it organized according to company standards.
