Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, execution of perishable product layout, supervision of organization and cleaning, quality assurance, and team management. Focus on operational goals and performance indicator tracking * Provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to customers. * Execute the display layout of perishable products to boost sales and maximize customer experience. * Supervise organization, restocking of perishable goods, and cleaning of islands, display cases, refrigerated counters, cold rooms, and other areas. * Ensure product quality by verifying expiration dates, conditions, and hygiene standards. * Manage the team through meetings, feedback, evaluations, and guidance. * Ensure operational goals are achieved through performance indicator and report monitoring.
