Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchaser for strategic procurement of parts, tires, vehicles, and services, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness for fleet and internal operations. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic procurement activities for fleet and internal operations. 2. Negotiation and analysis of proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness. 3. Agile and responsible monitoring of orders and deliveries. We are looking for a **Purchaser** to manage the procurement process for parts, tires, vehicles, equipment, and services related to fleet and internal operations. The professional will play a strategic role in ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost\-effectiveness while responding promptly and responsibly to departmental requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers of parts, tires, services, and equipment; * Analyze commercial and technical proposals to ensure cost\-effectiveness and compliance; * Register and track purchase orders in the system, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Monitor deliveries and verify correct receipt of materials; * Support inventory management and control of parts, strategic items, and critical materials; * Handle yellow-line equipment demands (excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders, backhoe loaders, etc.); * Handle heavy-duty equipment demands (off-road trucks, tractors, etc.). **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred); * Experience in purchasing parts, tires, or maintenance services; * Knowledge of negotiation and proposal analysis; * Basic computer skills (Excel and integrated systems). **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in transportation, logistics, mining, or industrial sectors; * Experience with ERP systems (Protheus/TOTVS preferred); * Analytical capability for cost evaluation and performance indicator analysis.
