Our commitment is to deliver projects with quality, punctuality, and ethics, consistently aligned with our Mission, Vision, and Values. **Responsibilities:** Assist in performing construction, repair, and maintenance tasks on construction sites, following instructions from the lead mason. Prepare and organize necessary construction materials such as cement, sand, bricks, etc. Perform cleaning and organization of the worksite, maintaining safety and order. Assist in assembling and disassembling formwork, metal structures, and scaffolding as required. Load and unload construction materials, and transport them to designated usage locations on site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during work, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Collaborate with the work team to foster a cooperative and efficient working environment. **Requirements:** Previous experience as a mason's helper or in civil construction activities (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions accurately. Willingness to travel and stay in accommodations during the project duration, as required.
