Job Summary: Analyst responsible for receiving and analyzing internal purchase requests, issuing and monitoring purchase orders, and quoting with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Purchasing Assistant Requirements: \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics or Administration; \- Driver's license category B; \- ERP system knowledge; \- Preferred: experience in the purchasing sector. Responsibilities: \- Receive and analyze internal purchase requests via system; \- Issue and monitor purchase orders until final delivery of materials/services; \- Conduct quotations with suppliers, comparing prices, delivery times, freight costs, and commercial terms; \- Other related duties.
