Leading strategic planning and financial targets A rapidly expanding national group seeks a **General Manager** to lead a large-scale resort in Búzios, with emphasis on operational excellence, financial performance, and team development. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee the entire operation of the property (A\&B, sales, controller, operational departments, and support functions). * Ensure high levels of guest, investor, and employee satisfaction. * Lead strategic planning, annual budgeting, and financial targets. * Represent the property before public authorities and local partners. * Lead large teams, reinforcing culture, engagement, and performance. * Participate in investor advisory boards and financial performance presentations. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields (postgraduate degree preferred). * Solid experience in hotel management and operational leadership. * Strong command of KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Resilient profile, results-oriented, and operationally hands-on.
