Pallet management and incident control The professional will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing transportation operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, incident control, pallet management, and administrative support to customers and the finance department. They will interact directly with drivers, customers, and internal departments, ensuring organization, agility, and efficiency in logistics processes. * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred) * Experience in cargo monitoring * Knowledge of issuing and verifying invoices (NF) * Experience in pallet control * Strong communication and organizational skills * Flexible working hours * Daily monitoring of shipments via GPS tracker * Communication with drivers to track trips * Verification and handling of incidents * Updating customers on delivery status * Requesting and tracking unloading * Scheduling of loading and unloading * Recording deliveries and submitting proof of delivery in the system * Verifying invoices and goods * Managing and resolving damage-related issues Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.138,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
