It operates in the industrial sector with a focus on technology and environmentally responsible practices, seeking committed professionals to grow together with the organization. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Professional responsible for managing, maintaining, and evolving the IT infrastructure of the industrial plant, ensuring availability, security, and performance of critical systems for administrative operations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Server Administration: Management of Windows/Linux servers, including accounts, permissions, backups, updates, and performance monitoring Network Infrastructure: Maintenance of switches, routers, structured cabling, VLAN configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and performance optimization Advanced Technical Support: Resolution of N2/N3 incidents, diagnosis of complex hardware/software issues, user support, and documentation of solutions Information Security: Implementation and maintenance of security policies, firewalls, corporate antivirus, and access controls Infrastructure Projects: Participation in planning and implementing technological improvements, virtualization, system migrations, and environment modernization **REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS** Operating Systems: Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (administration, configuration, troubleshooting) Networking: Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and physical and logical configuration of corporate networks Servers: Experience in managing physical and virtual servers, backup, monitoring, and high availability Virtualization: Knowledge of VMware vSphere, Hyper\-V, or similar technologies Hardware: Ability to diagnose, maintain, and replace server and network equipment components Job type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month
