Tursan Seminovos is a dealership specialized in selling used vehicles. We offer a wide variety of high-quality cars, with warranty and verified provenance. **Responsibilities:** Support departmental administrative activities, including document organization, filing, and digitization. Assist in spreadsheet management, data entry, and updating records in systems. Perform basic telephone support, call screening, and message forwarding. Provide support in preparing reports, meeting materials, and internal communications. Carry out assistant duties for the team, such as mail distribution and office supply inventory control. Previous experience as an Intern, Professional Apprentice, Junior Assistant, or Trainee may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school education in progress.
