Main Responsibilities: \- Extract data from competing systems using specific tools and appropriate languages, ensuring data integrity; \- Import data into the company's system, ensuring conversion processes are carried out efficiently and without loss of information; \- Perform validations and adjustments on imported data according to established requirements; \- Develop customized reports within the system using SQL language to meet specific customer needs; \- Maintain and update reports, ensuring correct display and compliance with fiscal, accounting, and operational demands; \- Perform logical configurations in the system to support processes for importing fiscal, accounting, and human resources data; \- Ensure configurations meet regulatory standards and technical specifications required by clients; \- Provide technical support regarding data conversion processes and report generation; \- Assist in solving issues related to data import and integration; \- Prepare and keep updated technical documentation on migration processes, developed reports, and configurations performed. Requirements: \- Desired experience in programming, computer science, and technology-related work; \- Desired experience in customer service or client-facing activities; \- Desired knowledge of networks, internet, servers, operating systems, office suite, and information security; \- Desired familiarity with computer hardware, including configurations and installations; \- Desired beginner-level knowledge of SQL, UML, and relational databases; \- Desired beginner-level knowledge of programming languages and logic; \- Desired enrollment (or current enrollment) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
