**About the position**
**Position:** Junior Operations Analyst

**Your day-to-day responsibilities**
* **Monitoring of processes** related to securities and financial assets reconciliation, including dissemination of indicators and notifications to Participants, and asset transfers between platforms;
* **Handling judicial orders**, including freezing and unfreezing positions and balance information;
* **Incident analysis and resolution**, addressing inquiries from the Participant Customer Service area;
* **Information gathering** and dissemination of management reports;
* **Collaboration with the Post-Trade Value Chain**, supporting projects related to the Fixed Income Depository.
**Department Responsibilities**
The department handles activities related to custody of Over-the-Counter (OTC) segment assets, covering reconciliation processes, ownership control, lien services, processing movement instructions, among others. Additionally, the department develops, implements, and executes initiatives to improve OTC post-trade services at B3, serving as an integral part of the Post-Trade Value Chain.
**What we expect from you**
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
**Nice-to-have qualifications:**
* Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data exploration and analysis tools;
* Agile methodology;
* Familiarity with OTC products.
