This person will be responsible for leading teams, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring high-quality, efficient delivery of results. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational teams daily, ensuring goal and deadline compliance; * Monitor and optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce costs; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations; * Conduct training, evaluations, and team development; * Prepare managerial reports and monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Serve as a liaison between operations and administrative departments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus); * Prior experience in operational supervision; * Skills in people management and conflict resolution; * Knowledge of operational control tools and performance indicators; * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and sense of urgency.
