Description: Job Description We are looking for an Inventory Inspector to travel to supply warehouses and storerooms. Conduct cyclic and rotating inventories in supply warehouses and storerooms; and reconcile physical inventory with the system. Let’s sail toward the future! \#JoinBrisanet What will your day-to-day look like? * Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Update area indicators when necessary; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Perform other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership direction; * Conduct periodic audits in company warehouses to ensure record accuracy; * Identify and report discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts, investigating and resolving potential errors or variances; * Operate inventory management software or tools to update and maintain accurate records; * Implement and monitor cyclic and general inventory processes; * Audit/evaluate all standard warehouse processes; * Identify and report potential fraud, losses, and waste; * Develop and suggest improvements to internal inventory controls; * Prepare detailed reports on conducted audits, presenting key findings and recommendations; * Verify warehouse compliance with company standards and policies; * Monitor storage and material handling processes to identify optimization opportunities; * Reconcile physical inventory with the system; * Conduct sample inspections of materials and tools used by field teams; * Replace warehouse staff during vacations, leaves, etc.; * Drive and maintain the vehicle in accordance with processes defined by the Fleet Management Department, ensuring its proper operation. What we seek for this opportunity: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Willingness to travel; * Driver’s license category B and Defensive Driving certification; * Google Tools (Sheets, Docs).
