Your role in our commercial team is defined by thinking from the customer's perspective—identifying their needs and solving them with our services, while prioritizing humanization of the process. WHAT WILL YOUR DAILY ROUTINE BE LIKE? 100% field-based work; Work schedule: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday; Participate in daily morning meetings; Actively prospect new customers; Manage your customer portfolio, maintaining continuous relationships and post-sales support. Participate in daily morning meetings to plan your goals, targets, and knowledge sharing. Deliver specialized and high-quality service to our customers. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Be of legal age; Completed high school education; Experience in external sales — PAP experience is a plus; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Persuasion skills to close deals with new customers; Willingness to grow and develop, along with a strong desire to learn.
