The proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). VALID CATEGORY “D” NATIONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE. **PROOF:** Copy of valid driver’s license. COMPLETION OF SPECIALIZED COURSE FOR DRIVERS OF COLLECTIVE AND PASSENGER TRANSPORT VEHICLES (WITHIN VALIDITY PERIOD). **PROOF:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN’s BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND/OR TRAINING ACTIVITIES. **PROOF:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, under penalty of disqualification of submitted documents. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital CTPS, including identification section and employer registration, start and end dates (if applicable), supplemented by item “b” if the position alone is insufficient to prove experience; b) Or employer-issued declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, as well as description of duties performed; c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” if the position alone is insufficient to prove experience.
