THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will include eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution will be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Mobilization Agent **HIRING METHOD:** Fixed-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift patterns will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 4606\.75 **Unit:** Avenida Inacio Pereira do Vale NetoRincao \| Mossoró RN \- 59626705 **Job Summary:** Plans, organizes, and executes internal and external events and actions to promote SEST SENAT services and acquire customers, operating the institution’s vehicle along designated routes/itineraries to meet dissemination and lecture demands targeting the transportation sector public. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETION OF HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION. The proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). VALID CATEGORY “D” NATIONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE. **PROOF:** Copy of valid driver’s license. COMPLETION OF SPECIALIZED COURSE FOR DRIVERS OF COLLECTIVE AND PASSENGER TRANSPORT VEHICLES (WITHIN VALIDITY PERIOD). **PROOF:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN’s BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND/OR TRAINING ACTIVITIES. **PROOF:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, under penalty of disqualification of submitted documents. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital CTPS, including identification section and employer registration, start and end dates (if applicable), supplemented by item “b” if the position alone is insufficient to prove experience; b) Or employer-issued declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, as well as description of duties performed; c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” if the position alone is insufficient to prove experience. ELIGIBILITY TO PERFORM PAID ACTIVITIES AS INDICATED ON THE DRIVER’S LICENSE. **PROOF:** Copy of valid driver’s license. **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** § Experience in socioeducational campaigns. § Experience in customer service. § Experience in administrative routines. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENT AT THE TIME OF HIRING:** DRIVER’S LICENSE RECORD FOR THE LAST 12 MONTHS (DOCUMENT PRESENTATION AND VALIDATION AT THE TIME OF HIRING). The proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the driver’s license record certificate. **EXAM SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement. **INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of Traffic Legislation and occupational safety. Hygiene and environmental protection. Basic concepts of Quality of Life Programs. Autonomous Social Services. Common knowledge inherent to the position.
