Simms Solutions is a company specialized in providing technological solutions and consulting services for process optimization. With a focus on innovation, it aims to meet the specific needs of its clients in the digital market. **Responsibilities:** Develop and analyze operations and maintenance activities for wind and solar energy projects. Develop and update schedules and maintenance plans. Conduct performance analyses of operations and maintenance, verifying compliance with plans, identifying causes of non-execution, recurring issues, resource constraints, and improvement opportunities. Act as an intermediary among engineering, operations, field maintenance, procurement/contracts, and the client, ensuring alignment of scope, resources, timelines, and constraints. Ensure the quality and traceability of planning information (bases, versioning, evidence, and history), supporting audits and governance processes. Previous roles such as Strategic Planner, Planning Specialist, Planning Coordinator, or Operations Analyst may indicate affinity with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
