**JOB OPENING: RESTAURANT MANAGER** **Location:** Nova Betânia – Mossoró/RN **Main responsibilities** * Overall unit management; * Control of processes, operational routines, and maintenance; * Leadership and team management; * Monitoring of results, goals, and KPIs; * Ensuring service standards and customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Experience in people management; * Background in food service/restaurant industry (preferred); * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication. * **Compensation and benefits** * **Fixed salary:** R$ 3\.000,00 * **Average commission:** R$ 1\.500,00 * **On-site meals (at no cost)** * **50% health insurance coverage (Hapvida)** **Employment type:** CLT **Work schedule:** One day off per week; for every two Sundays worked, the third Sunday is a day off Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$3\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance
