Key Responsibilities: * Execute and monitor the production program for manufacturing lines during the work shift, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and food safety regulations. * Assign tasks, guide the team, monitor operational performance, ensure achievement of production targets, and guarantee proper execution of equipment and production area sanitation processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or Food Engineering. * Basic computer skills * Leadership and team management * Prior experience in the food industry is desirable * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for Food.
