Responsibilities and Duties * Perform activities to ensure compliance with safety and production standards; * Monitor daily production line performance; * Reinforce and ensure adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations; * Supervise production teams to guarantee task execution within the refinery; * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production and manufacturing areas; * Ensure safety, quality, and production process maintenance standards. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Supervisor, Foreman, or in related roles. 2512250202491934668
