Increasing the company's market share **COMMERCIAL MANAGER \- BASIC INDUSTRY SEGMENT** **Job Description:** Responsible for managing sales-related activities; planning, organizing, and controlling sales processes; maintaining and prospecting customer portfolios; promoting growth in the company's market share within the market; monitoring and presenting sales managerial reports; and other related duties. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel (tables, formulas, and charts). Strong ability to operate systems and applications. Experience in sales and team management—both key account-oriented sales and distributor/retailer-oriented sales. Experience in developing, validating, and executing commercial plans segmented by customer profile and region.
