RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for supervising and guiding teams in cashiering, restocking, bakery, butcher shop, produce, and other departments. Control store organization, cleanliness, and presentation. Monitor sales, shrinkage, margin, and loss indicators. Support inventory management (receiving, storage, expiration dates, product display, and turnover). Contribute to workforce scheduling, vacation planning, and day-off coordination. Assist in employee training, motivation, performance monitoring, and development. Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers. Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, occupational safety, and applicable regulations. Address and resolve customer complaints; among other duties. Previous experience as Store Supervisor, Retail Manager, Store Coordinator, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
