Order tracking and customer satisfaction **COMMERCIAL CONSULTANT \- LIGHTING SEGMENT** **Job Description:** Responsible for receiving and serving customers by providing product information, technical specifications, applications, and competitive advantages; understanding each customer's profile and needs (residential, commercial, architect, electrician, etc.) to recommend the best solution; presenting products attractively, including functional demonstrations, light color temperatures, and design options; preparing quotations, proposals, and sales orders based on customer requirements; negotiating prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms within the company's commercial policies; monitoring sales closure and ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines; tracking orders and deliveries to guarantee customer satisfaction; resolving inquiries and potential complaints; maintaining ongoing contact with customers for relationship building and new sales opportunities; keeping the sales area clean, organized, and with well-presented products; restocking merchandise, updating labels, and verifying the functionality of displayed luminaires; supporting the setup of themed displays and window showcases aligned with promotional campaigns; recording customer interactions and sales in the management system; ap **Requirements:** Completed High School education. A degree in Architecture or Interior Design is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, charts, and tables. Knowledge of SketchUp or Adobe Acrobat. Lighting project skills. Prior experience in inside sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, construction, or decoration retail stores.
